To the Great White North. Thanks Steph. You're lucky to have a good MTM Importer up there, along with some local tuners. As for me, I think the turbo project will be something very special. We'll see.

I got lucky by intuitively going the 190 BEX route....
I figured Audi had to have done "some" research in setting up the DSMIC 190HP BEX engine. So along with the DSMIC's I got the turbo for that car installed. After a dismal first MAHA run with Neuspeed software I realized it's the injectors, stupid (not like Mark didn't point that immediately ). Putting in the BEX's 317cc injectors smoothed out the top end dramatically. Then I got the ECU fine tuned by David@eurocodetuning using REVO special sauce software. Awesome. But, like I said, lucky. Your experience, many others, and along with Neuspeed discontinuing the SK04 show this is much more complicated to accomplish. Maybe the boys back at Ingolstadt really do have a unique edge on this after all.
Now, while I love the CVT, if I didn't have that 230 ft-lb limit...
