Bad passenger side jet, bad washer motor (which was blowing the #37 fuse) AND the MOST important.....the replacement of the original 2-washer bottle layout with a new "modified" 2- washer bottle layout which entails a "breather" hose between the two bottles. NO MORE LEAKAGE !! YEAH !! Hey Audi engineers...can you just use a one bottle system on Audi / VW cars like the Japanese ? I've maintained Hondas and Toyotas for years with ZERO washer system issues ! Simplicity WORKS !!

Alot of their problems stem from those I think.
I think it's all luck to be honest. On my B5 I changed:
Resevoir x 1
Headlight Pump x2
T-Bracket x1
My dad's MY01.5 B5 has had ZERO problems.

Audi can design a one piece. I'm happy now..Then again it relates to the dealer to resolve an issue on the 1st (2nd if ordering parts) visit. I told them what they needed to do 4 visits prior.
