Their website appears to be down. I haven't been able to get on it.

I'd be willing to bet that it's a coincidence...

There's no way that they took down their website in response to 1 person's negative feedback.

It is possible that the drama below sparked people's curiosity and the surge in traffic to their site caused some sort of technical problem. That would be a more logical assumption...
