Flat tire :-( not a puncture but a tear - help please

I can't really see in the pics, but is a flap of rubber hanging off?
B/c If it is I had the same thing happen with one of the tires. The local garage just vulcanized it back on. But if yours went through and air is escaping, then I would replace the tires

Yeah there is a flap, and a slice...and it leaks air like crazy -
It was completely flat when I got home, and when i took it off the car and filled it to find the leak it was really pouring out
