for the foglight w/o headlight mod, how do you turn the fogs on? Or are they always on?

Default for the foglight w/o headlight mod, how do you turn the fogs on? Or are they always on?
my 02 headlight switch won't pull out without the headlights on

Default you have to have the parking lights on......
turn the switch to the 1st position (parking lights on) then pull out. Assuming you did the VAGCOM mod the fogs and parking lights will be on, and the headlights off.

Default did you do the VAG-COM mod though... even if you pull the switch nothing happens stock
also there are a bunch of other VAG-COM mods that are cool

Default You need to use VAG to recode it...
check the VAG forum for instructions or the ROSS-TECH website. Also, if you don't have it, check VAG locator.

Had I wanted someone to tell me what a vag com was, or how to perform the mod, it would have read something like
