Found small tear in leather seat! What should I do?

Found small tear in leather seat! What should I do?
I've had my A4 two days now and yesterday on my way to work I found a small 1/8"-1/4" tear or cut on the front passanger seat about shoulder level.
What can/should I do? Can my dealer fix this or will they have to replace the seat? What if they say it wasn't there when I took it home, then what?
This really stinks.

Is it about where the passenger's left shoulder would be? (M)
I have a 1/8" tab of the surface layer of the leather coming up right about where the passenger's left shoulder would be on mine.
The dealer agreed to replace the seat cover under warranty as I had taken delivery about 2 weeks before I brought it in to show the service writer. That order was placed in January. 5 months and still waiting.

That's exactly where it is.
So they just replace the cover? Man I hope they know how to replace a cover. That's all I need is it looking worse then it does with the tear.
