Front license plate

Front license plate
Anyone here have problems with no front license plate? I'm in so cal, and haven't been stopped yet...I always get nervous when a cop is across the street from me at a light...

exactlee...CHP list of priorities...
osama bin laden, child molestors, murders, rapist, speeders......front plate violators.
now meter maids is a different story...wot with the CA budget crisis, they look to nail everyone...
if ya park in downtown areas be forewarned...budy of mine got a ticket from BART police (bay area transit train) as he left his car over night...
if you get an angry CHP, and yer cited fer speeding - he may look to tack on citation, but highly unlikey you'll get nailed for just front plate...
now if ya speed or aint weraing yer seat belt, thats another story..

ouch...sorry to hear...
im guessing the tint is what drew his attention to you first, then he decided to go over yer car and see what else...
my buddy got a speeding ticket and the officer made him turn on all his lights, and lift his hood, and give the muffler a good throttling for noise...
he got nailed fer speeding and 4 fixer tickets.

wonder if you could rig up some kinda of magnetic mount plate system
slap it on there when you have to go into the city to park or something???

yep 35% and then he checked for the front plate. my wife and i were on our way to a company holiday
party.
he was a complete ***. he tried to say my license was expired until i pointed out that it was good for another month. he then cited me for failing to update my address (you have 10 days in CA), even though I told him I had moved 3 days before (which was true).

I got ticketed by a ***** Sheriff once for no front plate... the only reason being is because my car is so heavily modified.
If you actually drive around and take note, you'll probably be surprised by how many cars are driving around without front plates. It's not all that uncommon.
If you have a body kit on the front that doesn't have mounting abilities for a front plate, just tell them you had it held on adhesively and it dissappeared (either fell off or got stolen) recently. It's likely to get you off.
