Yay...I get to share my story again....with pictures!
Hah...a month after I got my car I got two crease dents in my door...as you can see in the pictures here...

$100 and 30 minutes later...it looked like this...

It came out perfect. So good I really wasn't even sure where to point the camera for the "after" pictures.
What the dent removal guy did was make a very small hole in the side of the door and pushed the dent out. He then glued a small black plug in place. Does not look out of the ordinary because there are several black plugs in the door from the factory anyway.
