German License plates?

German License plates?
I have seen people with German euro looking license plate in the front but with their california (or any other state) license plate numbers. Where could I get this and how much is it? I hope you guys know what I'm talking about thanks help me out

Do a search on google for european plate, or something to that effect, usually turns up a couple of
results, and these places will custom make you a plate with the alphanumerics you need.
