they come with bulbs, ballasts and all other stuff.

What does the "plus" imply? I get the difference between A4 & S4 euro housings...
...but whats the difference between S4 ecodes and S4 "plus" ecodes? Is the "plus" version the one that has all the guts in it? (ballast, bulb, etc)
I want to bump up to S4 ecodes too...
