GIAC, APR, Neuspeed or Upsolute?

Sensitive topic here.....
I am not sure who has 03 chips yet but they will be very similar to the 02 chips. Based on that most people here tend to favor GIAC, APR and Neuspeed. Upsolute does not seem to get much attention here. It is all a function of preference, many here love Neuspeed b/c it is cost effective (299 from greedspeed.com). APR gets much credit for its smooth torque curve and EMCS feature which is free with the purchase of a chip until then end of the month (then is 150 extra dollars). GIAC is promising upgrades for even more output, and most people think the GIAC has a kick in the pants type torque curve. Its up to you many people will put there input in but ultimately its sheer opinon.
