If you talk with Audi sales people they will tell you that many 3.0's are bought only because they
have the Leather / electric seats. That means 4 MPG fuel economy that is being wasted
on the life of a vehicle - merely because of seat preference.

Maybe the leatherette is made out of recycled plastic bottles.
So if you care about the environment you would get the leatherette.
If we really cared about being green we would drive a Honda Insight or ride a bike.
