Glove Compartment Will Not Open - Help?
I know this sounds pretty stupid but the glove compartment door of my 220 Audi A4 will not open. There must be something jamming the door from inside. The lock itself will disengage and that side of the door opens minimally. The other side of the door will not budge. I don"t want to break the door. Any ideas about how to open the door. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. S

urm, if one side opens normally, maybe try and jimmy the other latch thingy with a screw driver?
carefully with the door open for good access... just play around so that you can push the notch thingy in... but you may need to get it replaced/fixed at the dealer so if you want them to do it, go for it.

Mine just broke also!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can pop off the side cover that sits against the door and push the plastic piece in as you pull the latch to open it. Nice workmanship.
