Glovebox: Can anyone tell me how to remove the lock part of it?
I got the CD Changer one and want to switch it out but cant figure out how to change the lock part. Anyone done this before?
Diagrams would help.

If you look straight in at the lock cylinder, at 6 & 12 o clock there are 2 tabs
Also there is a t20 or t25 screw accessed from the inside of the box door, at the end. Remove the screw and carefully pry from the top or bottom to release the taps.

If you want a Cd Changer in the glovebox you have to buy a "special" or diff glovebox completely
kinda ghey but oh well...so i got the "one" that has the slot for the changer in the top left corner rather than a regular box shape...the cd changer one is moulded differently by a pinch.
