Default Its a light-weight steel flywheel, single-mass, 13 pounds.

OEM dual-mass flywheel weights in at 26 pounds.

Interested in feedback also. Aren't you worried about chatter?

Default I've contacted several others with the same setup....

on their B6 A4's, who reported zero chatter.

How you like the GT28RS?

Default The GT28RS is really slow, thanks for asking, MikTip.

HAaaaaaahahahaa so just kidding.
It actually does seem slower than it is because the curve is so smooth on it. It doesn't just "kick in" and punch you. Well, it kind of does, but where it used to kick you and then run out of oomph with K03, making that initial "kick" seem like more than it was, it now seems to get stronger and stronger as you get higher in the RPM's, so it's now a real looooooong kick. I find I'm taking short stretches of road much faster than I did pre-Stage 3+. And I don't realize I'm doing it until I look at the speedometer.
The greatest thing, and where it truly shines, is that the powerband keeps pulling all the way to redline. It doesn't run out of steam.
I had to adjust how I drive on short stuff and track, etc, to keep it revved a little higher.... because it spools later, but since I've put on turbo blanket and wrapped TP/DP it fully spools not long after when baby turbo did.
There isn't a day of driving this car that I don't laugh out loud and say "Holy Szhit" to myself at least once.

Default If I remember well, your car is not used in the winter, right?

Send me your TP, I'll coat it with this stuff here, TechLine Black Satin (I just ordered a container to coat my friend's snowmobile exhaust manifold because he helped me rewire my oven).
By keeping the exhaust velocity higher, you might spool a few RPM's quicker.

http://www.techlinecoatings.com/Exhaust.htm</a

Default Yes and no. It gets driven but not in snow or when roads are salted.

We haven't gotten a lot of snow in this area in the last few years, so, it actually gets driven a decent amount in winter. Not like summer/fall, though, when it's out almost daily. Spring is actually when it gets driven the least, because of all the rain.
Hoping to make this like my grandpap's old Mustang. Bought new and still looks right off the showroom floor. As long as I have a company car, I'm golden.

EDIT: x1rider, You would need a jackhammer to get the silicone-coated exhaust wrap off. It does almost the same thing as ceramic in much uglier way. My turbo back looks like a mummy. But that wrap is on there almost like a cast and wouldn't come off very easily.
