Default Good Deal?

Well, I was just quoted 465+tax per month on the lease of a $36,275 3.0 6-speed for 48 months and 10K miles per year? This was with $1000 cap reduction. I don't know how much over invoice, etc. this was as It was an informal quote over e-mail. Does this sound like a good deal?

Default 8.5% over invoice?

Does that seem right? Should I argue lower to around 5%

If you are planning to lease that long why not buy? The rates are real low right now.

Default Due to money . . .

I might be able to get a 60 term finance on a 1.8t for around $500/mnth with 3000K out of pocket. That's about it, though.
