Got 295 miles on my last fill up (17.5 gallons) 16.9 miles a gallon WTF?.....
That's too damn low. What the hell? I know I drive aggressively at times but that mileage is crazy. Anyone get numbers like that? 16.9 miles a gallon. Something's wrong.

There was about a week of 100+ in Toronto and I've noticed the fuel economy going to hell...

Normal for my city driving. I drop as low as 14mpg even. But I do have Quattro and Tip.
So that makes my tank smaller and car heavier. I even complained about it when my car was new because I thought a 1.8T engine would give me great mileage. So they emission tested the car and found it to be within spec. Oh, well.

same here, city driving is usually about 15mpg unless i'm lucky and
the lights are green, very little traffic allowing me to coast easily instead of stopping and going.
Usual = 15-17mpg
Lucky = 20-22mpg
Highway = 26-30mpg
Usual = 15-17mpg
Lucky = 20-22mpg
Highway = 26-30mpg
