Well, first of all, thanx for those who gave me opinions.

I was originally gonna get the 1.8T CVT or Quatrro Auto, but didn't have the options and colors right. Also, didn't want to wait till the 03s come in September. So, about 5K more, got 3.0 CVT white with beige interior. Sports, premium and luxury packages. Too bad it didn't have Xenon lights and Bose sound system... I didn't get the perfect deal in the world, but happy that I got the car. Paid 35K...

According to the dealer (if he wasn't bsing), white with beige mix 3.0 CVT was the last one in Rusnak=probably the last around this area.

I'm going to pick it up tomorrow afternoon and post up some pix tomorrow evening

Congrats to a fine car! If you decide to put aftermarket hids in, it's going to be a bit of a pain because it's hard to find areas w/in the engine bay to mount the starter and ballast! Definitely do-able though. B5's are lucky b/c they have room underneath the E-code. Of course you can mount in your headlight, but then there's no going back - and it's a pita from what I hear.
