This is what the error were:
16684: Random / Multiple Cylinder: Misfire Detected [Sporadic]
16686: Cylinder 2: Misfire Detected [Sporadic]
16683: Turbo/Super Charger boost Sensor (A) Circuit: control limit not reached [Sporadic]
16687: Cylinder 3: Misfire Detected [Sporadic]
I haven't checked my spark plugs yet since I just sent the car to the body shop for a bit of paint work.
But any ideas on the code 16683 as it is the second time it came up in the last 2 weeks.

Bentley search cross ref'd VAG DTC code 16683 to a SAE DTC code P0299.
Searching Bentley on P0299 yeilds "Turbocharger/Supercharger Underboost", "Check the charge air system for proper seal", "(Only ULEV) Actual pressure lower than model pressure-200 mbar".
Bentley also has a TSB (not sure if specific to your MY) where it says to....
"Remove the Turbocharger Recirculation Valve from the Turbocharger Housing and visually inspect the rubber membrane for lacerations. If membrane is lacerated (see picture), replace the Turbocharger Ricirculation Valve N249."

With a digital VOM, measure the resistance of the signal wire between the sensor output pin, and the other end of that wire at the ECU harness connector. Must measure < 1.0 ohm. Same for sensor ground wire, and +5vdc supply to the sensor. Measure the voltage on the sensor power supply wire with the ignition ON. Must be ~+5vdc. between the power supply wire and the sensor ground wire. See Bentley for testing the sensor. Examine the terminal contacts at the sensor, and the ECU, make sure there is no corrosion, and that the terminal fingers are not bent or apread apart.
