Got my credit card bill over the weekend and I see a charge from Enterprise for that ridiculus price. Called them this morning and they told me the car was rented for 3 days! I told them that was bullsh*t!!!! I picked up my car that same day and handed the service tech the keys to the rental. He told me they would take care of it. Yeah right, if 3 days later is taking care of it. Now Enterprise has to call Park Porsche/Audi and talk to them, then get the charges reversed on my bill. This is exactly one of the reasons that I say dealers should offer a loaner if one is available. I made sure to make this point when I received a courtesy call last week about my visit for the 10K service. Paying this much for a vehicle, with the reputation and image that it carries, I should not have to put up with this kind if hassle.

That's why I'm very glad my dealer offers loaners... It's so much less hassle...

Audi paid for all mine when I had a warranty. Definitely AoA picked up the tab, and not the dealership.
