I have Dunlop SP5000 a/s tires. One got a screw in the middle of the innermost thread. Can this be repaired? TIA

Default Have it plugged instead of patched.

Works better, at least in my experience. As long as it's in the tread and not the sidewall, it should be repairable.

Default I got a nail stuck pretty close to my sidewall also......

Got it temporarily plugged until I got a new tire. Wouldn't recommend driving with a plug or a patch if it is too close to the sidewall.

Default Get your own kit & a pump.Plug it right on the car!A drill to ream the hole, push the plug in...

done! Actually, trim it and put air in. I never lost a plug and I drive 100+. SP5000s rock.
