got into an accident

guys, DO NOT EVER GET INTO AN ACCIDENT WITH THIS CAR, especially if u have all-state as your insurance company no matter whether it is ur fault or not. in my case, it wasn't me fault.
anyways, its has been 5 mos in the body shop, the 1st month insurance kept on givin my bodyshop BS about how expensive it was to fix my car $28,000, they wanted to cut around the corners to fix it which u can't. insurance gave up, then the stupid dealership kept on forgetting to fix mechanical stuff for my car, had to go back and forth to the dealer 8 times. even now, they had to send it back to the dealer because the honk wasn't workin and engine light came on.
another thing, because this is a new car, they have to special order the parts from germany. i know most of u ,know this already but jes a reminder based on my experience. the lady that hit me was under insured so my insurance had to end up payin for fixin the car and 5 mos worth of rental car. $28,000 AND STILL THEY WOULDN"T TOTAL IT!!! what kind of crap was that? my car was retailed $42,000 tax included. allstate insurance has a policy of it bein 65% of the retail.
i hope to get my car next week HOPEFULLY with bodykit and rims on.
sorry bout the bad pic. u can't really tell that it cost that much to fix but most of it was internal, airbag popped, had to change the panels and one of the doors
one more thing, the date on there says it's today cuz i took a picture of the picture with my dig camera before i posted it cuz i didn't have a scanner

are you in Houston? What dealer?
My wife got into an accident last year in her practically brand new Passat. Momentum Paint and body did an awesome job on the paint, but skipped a few details on the interior (airbags went off, so they had to replace drivers seat, headliner, etc) Cost 11,000 roughly for the repair, plus rental. We are still trying to get diminished value on her car...dashboard squeeks....is my only complaint....

simple solution
-stop hitting stuff.
-find a GOOD bodyshop.
-we are missing something here, because A) no way in hell that that is 28k worth of damage. B) even if it was 28k worth of damage, they would have totalled the car already...yes, they really would have.
