there is a camera at the stair cases and entrance exit...
but the camera won't prove she did anything itll just verify her plate, but i can do that on my own when i see her car next probably tomorrow

thats what i was thinking... tell her there is a police report filed ...
and the camera captured it, if she agrees to pay the damage we can settle it without the police/court...
otherwise if she won't admit it or agree to settle it, then thats the point where retaliation is probably due

That sucks, sorry to hear that
I hate people that have no respect for other peoples property. I agree with Scott, I would normally say to let it go but seeing how you caught her then she went back and did it again I think that you should give a nice swift kick to her mirrors then a nice drop kick to the hood and make sure you scratch up the paint (hoods are alot of surface to repaint so that will be lots of $$$ to fix)
