Hmmm... what about the rest of the kit? Does it stick out too??
Seems like alot of people like to rip the Votex kit because it just glues onto the OEM lowers creating a small lip.
But if the Oettinger does the same thing, why do folks think it is sooooo great?

The only part of the Oett kit that is glued is the rear and the side skirts..More..
although the side skirts also have screws. The front bumper is totally replaced and is one solid piece. The material that the kit is made of is called RIMM (very durable plastic)only the rear is fiberglass on US Spec vehicles. (European spec Audi's have different rear bumpers). Reason why people like it? I can only speak for myself so...I like the look and the quality of the kit. Its not too much like reiger IMHO, I feel it's suddel and classy.
