Default Got a set of S4 Bi-Xenon Ecodes, but need balast and bulbs

i got a set of S4 Bi-xenon's.
but i still need some balast and bulbs.
any suggestions which to get ?
i am retrofitting it from Halogen to Bi-Xenon.

i cant use other bulbs if i get OEM balast they told me.
So is any balast and bulb good ? or do i need a certain brand or type ?

Default S4 Bixenon's ecodes require "D1S" lamps. You can get OEM Valeo ballasts that fit your housings...m

on eBay. You need the "5GL", "thin" style ballast. See the link for a detailed explanation. In addition, you will need to get the ballast&gt;lamp cables.<ul><li><a href="http://www.lltek.com/PRS_bin/PRS_69_A48E_Ballasts_claire.htm">Ballast description:</a></li></ul>

Default You need to get a Valeo 5GL thin ballast, D1S bulb and connecting cable

You can find them on eBay seaching under 'valeo ballast*'

You can find them in the AZ classifieds or you can find a set on hidplanet.com

I sourced my 5400k D1S, ballasts and cables from that site and the transactions were painless.

Default You need the 6000k (which are 5400k) D1S bulbs, 2 Valeo ballasts and connecting cable

The bulbs you can source from suvlights.com.

The ballasts and cables (the thick metal one which connects the D1S bulb to ballast) you can source from eBay or on the AW/AZ classifieds

Default Yes, you can use 4100K/4300K OEM, 5400K Osram and 6000K Phillips, all are D1S....m

The 6000K Phillips and the 5400K Osram D1S lamps have lower light output rated at ~2800 lumens compared to the 4100K Osram and the 4300K Phillips, rated at ~3200 lumens.

See the link for more info.<ul><li><a href="http://faqlight.carpassion.info/headlight-menu1.htm">HID lighting info:</a></li></ul>
