Got some 15" rims for the winter.....now I am going to paint them!
Last year I had rims painted professionally..... this year I am going to do it myself!
Has anyone done this?.....
Am I taking the right steps?
1. Clean wheels.
2. Sand wheels to get clear coat off.
3. What paint to use? (Black)
