Default Guess I'll try ask for the last time...

I have codes P0507, and P0171. I have replaced the air filter, removed and cleand the MAF. ( ALso I have tried running with the MAF unplugged and idle stays the same....horrible.) I cannot find a single torn hose and I have looked everywhere. The only air noise is coming from the pancake valve....which it is the small hole on it that releases air. Anyways I cleaned that as well. Also, every ten or fifteen seconds usually at my incredibly awesome dying idle...I get this humming sound from the front passenger side of the car (FRONT not REAR). I am at a loss here guys.

Default do you have a current Bentley? it has a bunch of info on both of those codes.

maybe your fuel pump is dying or the injectors are clogged or malfunctioning. they also have bunch of electrial tests you can do.

the latest version does not let me cut and paste information. the old version does not have the code info. sorry...

Default No but I unplugged it and started the car...

If it was dead...would the idle not be changed?

Default Can you pull your MAF sensor and inspect it?
