Default No....

I hit a bit of a "stupid" roadblock when I attempted to the other day. I got the headlight unbolted, but when I tried to remove it from the car, I could not disconnect the wiring harness. Sucker just would not pull off. Someone has since informed me that I have to stick a flathead screwdriver in the little hole on the side of the wiring harness to get it to pop off. Maybe i'll give it a go next weekend.

Default stick a flathead screw driver btw the tab and the side wall of the plug,,,

then twist a little so the your lifting the tab away from the side wall of the plug. (dont stick the screwdriver into the square hole cause it wont work!)

Default Not sure why you're going thru all that trouble...much easier just to slip the lens out under

the projectors. One little tiny hole needs to be siliconed and that's it. Much easier.

That's how I did mine too...Only hard part was trying to use compress air cans on blowing out all the Plastic Debris in the lens after dremmeling the Tabs of the plastic inserts....for some reason, some Debris tend to stick to the lens like static....I still missed a few after I installed them back on the car...might take the lenses out again just to try cleaning them again totally...For now they look OK....

Default Hey, Moonrokk... when are you planning to clear your headlights...

I'm in SoCal and plan to do mine as well. Maybe we can do them together. Two heads are better than one.
