That's pretty good. After owning so many 12v V6s, oil consumption is 2nd nature.

AFter 2 days at the Glen, Blackstone said my Mobil1 0w-40 was in great shape

On a 12v I agree. I used to have a '95 90 12v, besides so many leaks it burned through oil like hell

yet compression/leakdowns were good.

Is that only 2-day old oil? Next time send the used stuff to me!

Stock-ish car + fresh Mobil 1 0w-40 = not a challenge. My concern about M1 0w-40 is after some use in a heavilly modded car, because it thins to a 30 weight. If it gets hot the visc drops substantally too. AT the Glenn last weekend, STaSIS was using M1 0w-40, but changeing it every race. As long as oil temps are ok, it's a good choice...but I actually have reservations. How did your wear look on your UOA? If you do a ppm/mi comparison, it might not be that great.
