s4 with the add on from LLtek. check their online catalog, it is there somewhere, iirc.

Default I like it too. I think its the zender lip w'o the cutout part..
And a splitter which I can't find on their site.

I guess it's their own private brand. It does look nice. Wish they made a version for the A
