Default Here's an email from him on April 19th..

Richard,
Sport Suspension
Stock Fr 31mm tubular
Stock Rr 18mm

HSport A4
Fr 35mm tubular
Rr 22mm tubular

HSport S4
Fr 35mm tubular
Rr 24mm tubular

S4 kit will fit A4 cars, w/o modification. No reinforcement modification required. We can not guarantee that the rear subframe will not crack at the welds but we have done extensive testing with this product, it's been on the market for 18 months and keep in mind that the S4 comes from the factory with a slid, 20mm rear bar. That is pretty stout. In fact, this is the same diameter rear that comes from the factory on the RS6! Compare the vehicle weights between an S4 and an RS6 and there is quite a difference. We feel we have thoroughly tested the strength of the rear of both the A4 and S4. Finally, we offer the bars as sets only because there is so much roll up front and we designed the front to work with the rear so by adding a front bar no understeer is accumulated, plus, the increase in front bite at turn in is very apparent. Hope this helps.

Default Thanks for info from H-Sport on S4 Kit

Just curious when he mentioned strength of rear of A4 and S4 do you know if the A4 and S4 are the same or is the S4 beefed up more at the factory?

Have you heard any info on this issue.

Default My understanding is that they are the same. The only difference

in suspension is the bars, shocks/springs.

I plan to ask my Audi service tech next time to see what he knows.. which may be little.
