Default H-sport install delayed.... :-(

Started with the rear: dropped the exhaust, removed one end bolt just fine, the other I'm turning and turning and turning. It's not coming out. The thing is just spinning in the link. Go to get a 17mm wrench as indicated in H-sport directions, don't have one. Quick trip in wife's car to Ace and buy one. Come back, it seems too small. I must have a 18mm bolt. No wrench. Go get an adjustable wrench, and push and push and push and pull, not breaking free.

New one month baby wakes up, then the 3 year old and 5 year old are up from naps. Wife says "Are you finishing soon?" Damn. Put the bolts back in, put away the tools, drive off the ramps, and wait for another day.

Default FYI, just has my H-sports installed and the rear plastic washer will cause problems...

I had to take the car back and the tech had to remove this plastic washer. You couldn't turn the car without it sounding like it was catching on something. It won't allow you to tighten the sway like it needs to and the plastic piece once you drive the car will allow it to untighten thru vibration. Not good to have a sway loose! The tech knew he shouldn't have put it on but the instructions say to do it. Just words from recent experience (last friday). What a difference it will make and now you will quickly hear the other parts of your car (A-pillars) that now needs reinforcement. Hotchkis rocks and it transforms our cars big time!
