fortunately there was no traffic on the highway, so I was able to slam the brakes and veer off to one side to avoid it. the truck continued and never knew they had lost it. =P

Thank goodness no one was near during both incidents so I was able to swerve around quickly. Thank goodness for the sports package. =)

Another scary one was some lady going the wrong way talking on her cell phone. I wonder why all these bright lights are heading straight for me!!!

the ball off a trailer hitch was sittin- square in the middle lane of a four lane highway i was on... heavy traffic couldnt avoid it- and by the time i saw it it was just about under my tire... took out the right front tire on my 20th AE GTI - put a hole clear through the tire and 18" in OZ rim... was just awesome to replace a rim when the car was less than a month old....
