I am planning on hard-wiring my ipod in the A4 soon. I would like to have the ipod in the armrest storage or the space below the armrest. I've spent some time searching the archives on how to do this and there are a lot of information on connecting the blitzsafe to the CD changer, but there isn't a lot of information on how to connect the cable from the CD changer to the armrest in a concealed method (such as where to hide the cable, how to remove the center console, etc).

I would love to see some pictures and directions on how to install the cable from the CD changer to the armrest. Can you guys help?

There's no need to remove the center console to do that... First, remove the glovebox (held in by I think 9 screws, poke around and you'll find them). Use that space to route the wire from behind the radio around the back of the console. From there, it's very simple to just tuck the wire up under the bottom part (the side) of the center console, and it will stay and be out of sight. From there just remove the bottom covering of the space under the armrest, drill a small hole in the edge of it, and run the wire up through there, and you're all set!
