black for painting interior parts. I just made someone a dash kit for their car and I want to use something a little tougher than flat black. I used the flat black on my car and while it still looks fine, I think I am going to do it over since I rushed it last time.

Default How does this stuff hold up against interior heat from being parked in the sun?

I had some regular spray paint before and it started to bubble up in the heat over the course of a few weeks.

Default SEM is an interior spray dye.

They have several different blacks and many other colors. The SEM can be used to dye your carpet, vinyl, leather,, or just as a high quality spray paint. Usually around $10 per can, normally found at an auto body supply store. They even sell prep soaps and adhesion promoters, depending on what you are doing. If it is just for a dash piece all you need is the spray. Hope that helps.
