Default Vaporware. Folks trying to gauge interest.
LLtek makes a fake kit, but with coin slots, and ripples that can't be PS'd out of pictures.

Default Somebody posted crappy pic of real kit, in relationship
to making or obtaining a fake kit. Intellectual/copyright design legal issues though.

Yes, I've actually seen the car in person. The kit is nothing like the LLTEK ABT look alike. The replica kit is the same as the real ABT but without the ABT logos on the bumper and side skirts.
