Default Has NE1 had to replace this? Hopefully our warranty covers it.

Wiper blade locking clasp broke while drying windshield. This happened late Fri afternoon, parts department said that this is part of the entire wiper assembly. The use of plastic parts to attach the wiper blade to the arm is poor design engineering,IMO...especially in cold weather states.

Triple check to see if it is actually broke. Mine did the same, but after some fumbling,I fixed it.

Default I'm not sure if I believe that it's part of the wiper assembly...More like part of...

the wiper blade assembly...

That's what I thought...parts dpt. maybe wrong..I'll find out on Mon.

Oh yea, I broke one of mine. It's now held in place by a black zip tie.

I never tried. I felt like an idiot!! engineer can't change wiper blade!
