Default To have wheel lug torgue be set to the recommended

specification, what tools do I need?

Torque wrench that will allow you to torque to 90 ft/lbs...mine goes to 200.

Default For decent accuracy,

get a torque wrench on which 90 ft/lbs doesn't fall near the end of the scale, but more toward the middle. A 150# capacity wrench would be great, 125 or 200 would be okay too. They're typically less accurate at the extreme high and low ends of their scales.

Very true...I actually meant one that will read a measurement of 90 ft/lbs.
