Got nailed a couple of months ago, but the court thing was for "cutting off" according to the officer. My story was that about the speed, I have no idea since I wasn't paying any attention, and the "cutting off" was actually avoiding an accident due the slaming on the brakes of the 2 cars in front of me, going (guess what?) faster than me, although it was a Civic and an Elantra.. so I guess I was more noticeable to the not very nice cop.

Plan is to fight the zig-zag and pay the speeding one (75 on 45) just b/c I was more busy driving than watching the needle.

but in my experience, cops are usually willing to plea bargain. good luck with it
