How are they "not even?" If the passenger side is slightly higher, that's OK -- it's supposed to be that way.
If that's not the issue, then you need to adjust them using a VAG COM. You can go to the VAG COM forum and do a search on "VAG COM locator" to find somebody near you that has one and may be willing to help you. Then, you need to do a little forum searching to find the procedure for adjusting the headlight levels using the VAG COM.
G'luck.

VAG COM is a computer interface used to get diagnostic codes from the car's computer so that you can interpret what's going on with the car. It can also be used to set various parameters (like your headlights) that control things in the car.
The diver's side should be lower because that's the side that shines into oncoming driver's eyes. Xenons are VERY bright and VERY focused (as you can tell from the sharp lines that you're seeing when you notice that the passenger side is higher). As such, it is important that they not shine into oncoming driver's eyes. For this reasons, Xenons are set so that the driver's side is aimed a bit lower.
Sounds like everything is fine with you.
