Default Help 18047

Hello everyone,

I am hoping someone can help me, having trouble with A4 b6 02 1.9tdi.

Trouble is I am getting no response from the accelerator and I am getting code 18047 from my friends VCDS.(actual code below)

We tried testing measuring block 062 but keep getting the error message.

We are getting throttle reading at 5% when actually it is not been touched. And 100% when foot to floor.

We tried swapping with a different working Accelerator pedal but same thing, we also measured the current from the 6 pin connector block on the accelerator pedal: pin 1+earth = 4.5v, 1+5 = 0, 2+earth = 4.9v, and 2+3 = 4.9v

Can anyone please tell me or point me in the right direction as to what it is?
Bad wiring?
Bad ecu?(ecu is dry and no wet on floor)
