Default Help

I own new Audi A4 2002, quattro running Michelin Pilot Sport Primacy 235/45/ 17". I have about 10K miles on them. I am experiancing very annoying tire noice, I went to the dealer they did everthing including aligment, balancing, tire rotation. My tires were well mantained, balanced every 5K. Dealer mentioned that this Michelin tire developed feathers (feather edging, ???,) how can it be ?? what is causing it ?
Could the aligment be done improperly from the begining ?
What can I do in that case ?
How can such a good tire as Michelin be that bad ??
Especialy Pilot Primacy they are know for quietness and comfort.
Is the set of new tires the only option ?
Since tires are not covered under warranty, what can I do.
How can I address this issue ?
Thanks

Default How can you be sure its the tires? Have you tried a different set? Have you called Michelin?

You have posted on this before. Have you tried to go to a Michelin tire dealer? What do they say? A tire warranty card should have come with your car that explains your coverage.
