Help! AC stuck in ECO mode...

Here are the pictures of the temporary ground wire splice, it is the brown wire located at pin 7. When I find the actual short inside the fender I will post another picture, probably sometime this weekend. Hopefully this helps someone cause it sure drove me crazy.
