Default Help...... Changed oil and now transmission is slipping?????

I have a 2002 3.0 and today I DIY oil change. After I was finished I was going to the dealership for a new dipstick and noticed that if feels like my transmission is slipping. I raised on side of the car with a jack to do the oil change, could have anything to do with it. Also I added 5 quarts and it is registering full, but manual says it take 6.3 q's. Any help would be greatful.

Default No this is no joke at all. I really drained the tranny fluid........

drove it around the block with 5 extra quarts of oil. So what are the guesses for damage? I am having it towed tomarrow morning to get tranny fluid filled and to check to see what I F'd up. What a great Friday it will be

Default sorry to laugh man, just funny how you came back with "OMG..." just came off funny

honestly, i dont know, i think the oil overfill is least of your worries depending on how much you drove for, i cant imagine your tranny is in good shape though...

well that much excess oil in the motor can ruin the cats too..and those arent exactly cheap either.
