Default Help!-Check Engine Light is Solid on 02 1.8t
Driving to work today my 2002 A4 1.8t decided to flash the check engine light (MIL). It is solid and never flashed. The car runs perfect. I checked the gas cap and it is on tight. Any other ideas? This kinda sux b/c I am selling the car in Oct when my 997s comes in. Any help would be appreciated.

Default Happend to me and....
I put some fresh gas in and it cleared it....might just have some moisture in the system...

Default Could be catalytic converter...just get the code pulled so you can find out what is causing it...
there are many reasons as to why it could be on.

many things can trip the light, you have to scan it and get the code.

Default VAG needed in Jupiter, FL
Is someone had a VAG I would go to them. I just hate throwing money to the Stealership but if I have to I have to.
