Help!!! got a ticket need advice!
Hey guys i got a ticket...

Its a very wide and big intersection and right before i crossed it, it turned yellow..so i didnt slow down and made the turn..no squeels or screeching..(quattro is nice) then about a block later i get pulled over. The cop was a ***** and told me that i have 3 choices..1. ticket for running red (wtf?) 2. Speeding 3. Unsafe lane chagne. I told him i didnt run a red so he was like ok forget that one then. Lets see if you can pick the cheaper ticket.. dood can i fight it? please help me out here..thanks

damn, talk about a pig having nothing better to do. heres what u do
It doesnt say anywhere that u were over the speed limit, which means no violation, making a turn at a higher speed than normal is not really a traffic violation, plus an all wheel drive car doesnt slide on dry pavement. Fight it, get a good lawyer. also it says u were taking the turn at 40, how would the cop know that with out a radar gun. and all u cop lovers dont tell me they can judge speed. If the cop is at a stand still they cant judge speed with out a radar gun.

Thanks man! I need a lawyer to fight a ticket?
Im going to fight it and say the officer shows up...and i lose, will anything worse happen to me? or is it always good to fight tickets?

according to the CA vehicle code you were cited for...
basically you got caught for speeding. since you ticket shows you within speed limit, i think you have a chance to beat this.
Basic Speed Law
22350. No person shall drive a vehicle upon a highway at a speed greater than is reasonable or prudent having due regard for weather, visibility, the traffic on, and the surface and width of, the highway, and in no event at a speed which endangers the safety of persons or property.
