Help, how do I remove door sills (not the blades)?

Help, how do I remove door sills (not the blades)?
I'm going to install S-Line door blades on my USP, and I don't know how to get the old ones off?! Anyone done it and have some advice?

Don't they have tabs which just pop in the holes on the body + the adhesive strips which comes with it? So slide something in between the body and the plastic and try gently but with a little force to pry/pop it off.
