Any CO would do, but you need a different spring for the increased weight. It also just depends on budget and taste. H&R CO's would be fine (I have them). KW V2 Inox also (if you need dampening adjustment as well). Oettinger is nice as well, all ss and made by KW to their specs (a smoother ride). ABT is also good (again, made by KW to their specs and similar to Oettinger ride quality). I think FK is made by them.
Vogtland has special springs just for this type of situation.
You'll have to contact dealers/manufacturer for specific drops. H&R was: 1.2 - 2.2" Front & .75 - 1.7" Rear from OEM "Standard" suspension. Subtract any lowering offered in a factory Sport option.

i was in the same position as you are in. my system was 3 Image Dynamics processors, 4 zapco amps and an IDmax. i tried fixing it with coilovers and the highest i could get the rear was barely tucking the rear. i went with KW variant 2's. i solved this by calling KW of North America and they sent me higher rate springs for the rear. now i could get the rear up to 2 finger gap easily. if you want, you could call Glen at KW to see if they have higher rate springs for the quattro. its 1800 530 1433 x105. tell glen your situation and mention my name, allen with the 8E Front Wheel Drive.
