Help: Identify this metal crunch noise on almost every cold start

Here is the link to the noise.
Note: It's not as evident because of the low rumble of the engine. However, it's a one-second crunching noise immediately after the car starts. Only occurs almost after every cold start in the morning. After that, it cannot be replicated until the next cold start.
Sounds like a starter is over-cranking or something like that.
It occurs within the timeline of second 3 to second 4 of the video.

Any ideas would be appreciated as the dealer, as usual, cannot find the noise.

but since it's mechanical noise that narrows it down to oil starvation of valve train, worn rolling components, worn internals.
