Help: Identify this metal crunch noise on almost every cold start

Thank you again. Perhaps oil starvation. I changed my oil over the weekend.
Realized I didn't hear it this morning. I may be speaking too soon. It may bring more fears with the sound gone as my last oil change was 5K miles and around 6 months ago. Prior to 50K miles, I used to do 10K intervals and no sound like that ever during those times. Looks like something is eating up my oil lately.
